She had to be out in isolation and on temporary leave from the Turks. She turned on Rufus in her rage, learning of his deal with Nero. She's refusing to eat, to drink, to sleep. She hates that she's only alive because Rufus wants to keep that way, in hopes to snap her out of her anguish. She was allowed to keep his mask and his guns. She isn't the same when she returns to work. She doesn't get sniper missions. She's blowing victims heads off with his guns. She's hollow without him.
